Join host Andrew Urban, to explore the talent and creativity of a multi-award winning composer, music producer and songwriter. Michael Yezerski is widely recognised for his scores to the acclaimed Australian films The Black Balloon (Crystal Bear Berlinale, AFI Best Picture) and The Waiting City, the concert piece The Red Tree (with Richard Tognetti) and the Academy Award® winning short, The Lost Thing (as featured on opening night of DFF 2011). This very special session is brought to you by the Australiasian Performing Rights Association.
This symbol indicates this is a ‘Student Friendly’ session on our Student Day Friday 27 May. Most of these can be attended by young and old. Please note that the Oovie Theatre before 4pm is restricted to under 18s, however adults can attend if accompanied by a youngster under 18.
