Three highly established and much lauded filmmakers will discuss how to travel one's talent outside the sandy shores of Australia. Hear from David Williamson (Screenwriter/Playwright – The Year of Living Dangerously, Gallipoli, Don Parties On), Lisa Gerrard (Composer - Oranges and Sunshine, Gladiator, Whale Rider) and Bob Connolly (Director - Mrs Carey's Concert, Rats In The Ranks, First Contact) as they explore their careers and experiences across the pond. This session will be hosted by Head of Programming Laura Macdonald.




This symbol indicates this is a ‘Student Friendly’ session on our Student Day Friday 27 May. Most of these can be attended by young and old. Please note that the Oovie Theatre before 4pm is restricted to under 18s, however adults can attend if accompanied by a youngster under 18.
